Privacy statement

What data

On this website you can reserve a cabinet or ask a question. To do so, you enter the following yourself:

  • your name
  • your phone number or email address
  • your message and, for a reservation, which cabinet it concerns

That is all we ask for. There is no web shop, you do not create an account and you do not pay online.

What for

Only to contact you about your question or about the cabinet you want to reserve.

Who processes the data

The form is sent via the Web3Forms service, which forwards the message to the mailbox of Kast van Klaas. Web3Forms only uses the data to deliver the message.

If you click on WhatsApp or an email address, you are using your own app. Whatever you send there is subject to that app's terms.

The website is hosted on GitHub Pages. As with any website, the server technically sees your IP address in order to display the page.

Cookies and visitor statistics

This website does not place any cookies. That is why you do not see a cookie notice.

We count visits with GoatCounter. It works without cookies and without personal data: we can see, for example, how often a page has been viewed or how often someone clicked "Reserve this cabinet", but not who that was.

How long

Kast van Klaas does not keep your data for longer than necessary. We apply a retention period of 1 year to all personal data.

Your rights

You have the right to view, correct or delete your data. To do so, send a message to klaas@kastvanklaas.nl. Kast van Klaas will respond as quickly as possible, and in any case within four weeks.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) via autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

The website uses a secure connection (https). If you notice anything that is not right, please email klaas@kastvanklaas.nl.
